Alone with God

The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they display knowledge. In the heavens he has pitched a tent for the sun, which is like a bridegroom coming forth from his pavilion, like a champion rejoicing to run his course. It rises at one end of the heavens and makes its circuit to the other; nothing is hidden from its heat.

Psalm 19:1-2, 4-6

Your love, O Lord, reaches to the heavens, your faithfulness to the skies. Your righteousness is like the mighty mountains, your justice like the great deep. Psalm 36:5-6

The other day I was feeling very down. So I grabbed my camera and headed over the hill by our house. There was no one in sight and this was the view I had. I had a lot to say to the Lord so I was glad to be alone and it was a wonderful intimate time with Him. These pictures were in part His response to me...

How beautiful. I have been feeling a bit down myself and your pictues lifted my spirits. What beauty in the simple things. I love taking pictures as well. I might just go out this week and do the same. I hope God speaks to me as well. I need him to hug me right now. Blessings,
