Blessed Assurance

Yesterday we sang this hymn in church and as I stood there with tears in my eyes I was reminded of where my hope and assurance is found. Today and each day I want to choose to rest in His promises and keep my eyes on Jesus, the author and perfector of my faith.

What a glorious day it will be to meet my Savior face to face! And until then I want this to be my story. A life of praise that is filled with His goodness and lost in His love.
